This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your subscription and our policy on refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, directly from your Billing page.
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period concludes, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you will lose access to paid features and any remaining audit quotas for that period.
Refund Policy
Payments for our services are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused audits.
We believe in our product and strive for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service for a valid reason, please contact our support team within 7 days of your payment. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Please note that we will not issue refunds for subscriptions that were used to perform audits, as the service has already been rendered.
